"We have known Michael Georgiadis for 3 years during the purchasing of one property and selling of two.
When deciding to sell our first property we interviewed a range of real estate agents from the local area and Michael stood out as well presented, genuine, polite, professionally knowledgeable and most importantly “hungry” to achieve the maximum but realistic sale price.
On both occasions we have utilized a complimentary Interior Design Service provided by Michael to prepare our homes for potential buyers, using the advice on furniture placement, accessorising and quick fixes on problem areas and negative spaces. Michael has advised us on the best marketing campaigns according to our properties to compete within current market trends. At the conclusion of each open inspection Michael would call us within a couple of hours to provide immediate feedback. A great reassurance after so much preparation and cleaning before each open!
