The first step is to find out more about you: your goals, your current financial position and what you looking for in an investment property.
 
Based on this information we assess your affordability and provide a range of options for you to consider such as; buying to hold - off the plan (house & land or apartment), or a completed investment property - buying to renovate and increase value, buying a development site or perhaps buying and redeveloping a unit site.
 
We then develop and implement an action plan for you based on the choices you've made. This action plan will take you to the next step towards realising your goals and will encompass a detailed strategy on purchasing your property.
 
Having assisted you to work out your borrowing potential and your needs and goals, we can then help you find a specific property that matches your requirements. Once you find what you want, we'll help you to finalise the sale by working through the property settlement process. We can do the paperwork, and help you arrange any inspection and valuation required
 
We will then review the process you have just completed and ensure that you are set-up to manage your investment property and or development. Some of the things we'll help you do include completing tax variation forms, assist with property management or assist to find the right property manager, assist with managing the overall development (see property development for more details) and arranging a quantity surveyor to ensure you receive the best depreciation available.

  • A report detailing the growth of property values and sales in your suburb

  • A guide to how much you can save in tax based on indicative purchase price of properties
  • A sample Property Investment Analysis showing how much a property investment will cost you, taking into account factors such as: rental income, depreciation, inflation and expenses
  • Or a sample of a development feasibility study outlining the real costs and returns associated with property development.
